Eat. Pray. Eat.

Holy Week, the longest holiday being celebrated everywhere. Most of us celebrate the week either staying at home or going trips out of town or out of country. Me, after four years of spending the Holy Week by trips out of town with friends, decided to just take it easy and be with my family.

Reading pasyon with the elders on Maundy Thursday, attending the traditional procession on Black Friday and the first morning mass on Easter Sunday followed by Pagdagit and Pagbati are just some of the things I missed. And most importantly, home-cooked foods!

Grilled fish or meat, always on the menu eveytime I'm at home. And everyone in the family loves to eat boodle style.
